Position : Deputy Project Manager
Job description-

• Determine and define scope of work and deliverables Building construction project management.
• Handling the entire administration part of the site.
• Assurance of quality and safety in site.
• Obtain necessary permits, approvals and other regulatory prerequisites.
• Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Handling client/contractor billing & documentation.
• Estimation of the quantity of material & preparing budget, handling cost saving.
• Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts, manpower management.
• Manage construction schedule and activities.
• Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines.
• Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.
• Leading the quality team in preparing MIS Report & field quality plan, conducting quality audits & implementing stringent quality system.
• Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships.
• Interacting with Sub Contractors & clients regarding the work progress.
• Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers and subcontractors.

Required Candidate profile :

• Qualification B.TECH/B.E/Diploma(Civil)
• IT Skills MS Office, Internet Application & AutoCAD
• Must have 10-15 years of experience in related field
• Must have continuous work experience of 3 years with minimum two reputed Building Construction Company
