Job Description
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email channels to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
- Address and resolve inquiries and complaints related to visa applications and travel services in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Atlys products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- Follow up with customers to confirm the resolution of their issues and ensure their satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on policies and product knowledge, especially regarding visa regulations and travel updates.
- Utilize tools and software for efficient customer support management.
The ideal candidate
- Experience : Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing role, preferably in travel or visa services.
- Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective time management.
- Customer-Centric : A high degree of ownership and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Flexible : Willingness to work rotational 24-hour shifts and rotational week offs (5 days a week, 10-hour shifts with a 1-hour break).
- Detail-Oriented : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documenting customer interactions.
- Patience Professionalism : Ability to handle diverse customer inquiries with calm and composure.
- Convincing Skills : Strong ability to engage and support customers throughout their travel journey with Atlys.
