Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to run a businessAs a Pilot/ Co-Pilot , you won t just manage an Airplane (Centre at Bangalore) you will own the operations like its your own small business. You will take full responsibility for running a visa application center, from day-to-day management to long-term growth, delivering exceptional service to customers while driving operational efficiency. This is your chance to create impact, take charge, and be at the heart of the companys growth.
The Job :
- Own and operate the visa processing center, treating it as your own small business with full responsibility for performance and success.
- Lead the visa processing team, providing hands-on leadership, mentoring, and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Implement and improve processes, maximizing operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with visa regulations.
- Manage P&L (profit and loss), budgeting, and expenses just like running a small business.
- Develop business strategies to increase the center s performance and profitability, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction, resolving issues with urgency and building strong client relationships.
- Ensure all team members are well-trained and continuously develop skills to meet service standards.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of client information, ensuring data protection protocols are in place.
- Regularly report on business performance and operational metrics to senior management, with the freedom to recommend changes.
Qualifications :
- CSE with expertise in Google Sheets, SQL and Java (data analyst will be preferred)- tier 1/ tier 2
- Minimum 2 year of experience with a Start-up/ Consulting (Supply chain preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Tech-savvy with a knack for learning new tools and systems.
