Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they re aligned with our business goals.
The HR Manager will be responsible for performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and company policies.
This role will play a crucial part in shaping the organization s culture, driving employee engagement, and fostering a productive and positive work environment.
About the role:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Collaborate with senior management to forecast staffing needs and create workforce plans.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategy and procedures across the organization.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training programs to foster a positive onboarding experience.
Foster a positive work environment by developing, implementing, and maintaining employee relations programs that encourage communication, trust, and conflict resolution.
Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
Work with managers to identify employee performance issues and develop improvement plans.
Set performance metrics and KPIs and ensure they are communicated effectively throughout the organization.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, including labour standards, occupational health, and safety requirements.
What we expect of you:
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field ; Master s degree preferred.
Minimum of 4-6 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions (compensation benefits, recruitment, performance management, training development, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities to manage teams and collaborate with management.
Expertise in labour regulations, compliance, and workplace policies.
Ability to handle workplace disputes and foster a positive work environment.
