Job Summary

Reporting to the International Fleet Manager, the role contains the following requirements:

• Coordinate new vehicle request for the India car lease program, ensuring company policy adherence. Review all order related documents and approvals ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Liaison with suppliers to ensure service levels are maintained.
• Preparation of data for internal reporting.
• Ensure accurate recording of vehicle fleet on company database.
• Submission of Internal and external reporting requirements.
• Driver support, communication, and liaison.
• Support to Human Resources with car policy reviews.
• Support with audit requirements.
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Assist other fleet team members as necessary.

Job Description

Based in India and working as part of a focused and professional international team, the role entails supporting the administrative requirements of managing the companys car lease program.

The role will require a wide range of skills including clear communication both internally and externally, reporting, employee communication and ensuring accuracy of the fleet database records.

Strong spoken and written English language is essential, as is attention to detail, a strong customer focus and the ability to work within deadlines.

A knowledge of India vehicle regulations would be advantageous, but above all a passion to deliver the highest level of service for the company and drivers alike is paramount.
