Work closely with other squad members in an agile framework to go from compliance requirements to compliant solutions and frameworks
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align deliveries and expectations
Facilitate meetings and workshops across involved parties and drive goal-oriented discussions in a constructive way
Maintain and further develop RACI model for the bank around PCI-DSS compliance
Contribute to overall Cards Compliance Controls Framework
Support relevant teams in updating their processes and / or procedures through analysis to ensure they are PCI-DSS compliant
Conduct project planning activities: Drive and define action plans to ensure Cards Compliance (Action plan for PCIDSS RMA, PCI Pin Bi-annual audits, internal + external audits) as well as define and maintain annual Compliance checks, controls audit wheel.
Define / contribute to E-learning material (mandatory/non-mandatory) for all roles in the bank covered within the PCIDSS ruleset.
Prepare for and manage risk assessments for various solutions in the cards domain.
Bridge business requirements and IT development to achieve tangible business outcomes: Drive and/or support collaboration with business and IT stakeholders both inside outside of the squad and tribe.
Support the PO in facilitating agile ceremonies in your squad
Support program management in driving activities for this domain.
Mandatory skills
6+ years of experience as business analyst or project manager in the banking sector (preferably in the Nordics)
