Key Account Manager- Waterproofing Experts

• Develop the Trubuild Waterproofing business from identified Key Accounts.(Large builders| Consultants |Architects )
• Engage with Architect |consultant |Quality |Contract and builders to pitch |approve |promote Astral Trubuild product.
• Develop and manage specification and targets of getting Astral Trubuild specified in Make list from the listed accounts.
• Build Trubuild Specifications in linked Key Accounts and consultants |Architects for upcoming projects with a conversion closing in next 1-2 Qtr.
• Coordinating with KAM and Technical services for sampling and Brand approval.
• Overall Specification & De specification with Astral Trubuild equivalent or system superior wp and tiling solutions.

Overall experience of more than 7-10 years of experience in building material industry with Project working (Consultant | Architect firm A class| PMC ).

• Minimum 2-3 years of specification experience in building material industry

Minimum of 2 years of experience in any CC waterproofing category
