Full Stack Engineer - Next.js/React.js (5-7 yrs)

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing web applications' front-end and back-end.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver delightful high-quality, scalable solutions.

You will be expected to be user-centric, always looking for ways to optimize the delivered experience with a strong design sense.

Having an eye to differentiate a great UX from a good UX is a strong bonus.

We are working on the forefront of experiential commerce and are curious about using novel technologies to enhance customer experience like LLMs, Blockchain, and Dynamic UI will be considered as brownie points.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.

- Conduct performance audits and identify areas for improvement across the entire stack.

- Implement performance optimizations, including code refactoring, caching strategies, and database optimizations.

- Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to streamline application architecture and codebase.

- Utilize profiling tools and performance monitoring techniques to identify and address bottlenecks.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web application optimization.

Qualifications required :

- Previous Experience in working within E-Commerce or FinTech.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with cloud services (e.g, AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of caching mechanisms (e.g Redis, Memcached).

- Familiarity with browser rendering optimizations.

- Understanding of CDNs (Content Delivery Networks) and edge caching.

- Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.

- Knowledge of security best practices in web development.

Experience required :

- 5-7 years of experience in web development with a focus on customer delight through scalable and robust systems.

Skills required :

- Proficiency in Next.js/React.js, and Node.js , Microservices with Pub/Sub architecture.

- Experience with Python for creating utilities, RPAs is a must.

- Strong knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firestore).

- Familiarity with front-end optimization techniques (e.g, lazy loading, code splitting).

- Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
