Position Overview:

The Service Relationship Manager (RM) will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service in line with the firms standards. The role is focused on working closely with the wealth management team to understand client needs, coordinate services, and ensure an elevated client experience.

Key Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth clients (UHNWIs).
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service needs promptly and professionally.
    • Proactively anticipate client needs and provide tailored wealth management solutions.

Service Excellence:

    • Ensure exceptional service quality, identifying opportunities to enhance client experience and resolve service issues.
    • Oversee the delivery of investment products, services, and reports to clients, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with firm policies.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Wealth Advisors, Relationship Managers, Back Office) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Client Onboarding and Account Management:

Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation, compliance, and KYC requirements are met

Track and manage client portfolio reviews and reporting, including investment performance updates, account queries, and administrative support.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with Wealth Advisors, Relationship Managers, and investment teams to provide cohesive, integrated solutions to clients.
    • Work with the compliance and operations teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and operational efficiency.

Problem Resolution:

    • Proactively manage and resolve any service-related issues or escalations, ensuring prompt solutions while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Ensure any complaints or concerns are documented and followed up in a timely and professional manner.

Client Retention & Growth:

    • Identify opportunities for client retention and growth by continuously enhancing service offerings.
    • Promote additional wealth management products and services, working alongside relationship managers to expand client portfolios.

Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain comprehensive records of client communications and actions taken in CRM systems.
    • Provide regular feedback on service performance, client needs, and opportunities for improvement to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in the wealth management industry, with a proven track record in client servicing or relationship management.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of wealth management products and services, including investment strategies, financial planning, and asset management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with high-net-worth clients.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships and requests concurrently.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, financial reporting tools, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) would be a plus.
  • Attributes:

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
