#Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Build an inventory of high-quality taxi vendors.
2. Implement a system for regular quality checks and updates.
3. Set up a mechanism for seamless booking, deployment, and billing.

#Background :

1. 4+ years in cab fleet management or logistics.
2. Strong organizational and vendor management skills.
3. Familiarity with local transportation services.

#KRAs:

1. Maintain a robust and reliable inventory of taxi vendors.
2. Ensure smooth and timely bookings.
3. Proactively address and resolve vendor-related issues.

#KPIs:

1. Success rate of tasks in Taxi category
2. Repeat rate in Taxi category
3. Escalation/complaint rate below defined threshold
