Responsibilities:

• Supervise day to day activities, including Quality assurance, inventory control, space management, floor productivity and client satisfaction
• Manage the flow and quality of work to maximize the shift operations and minimize the over time
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyse the shift productivity and develop action plan for SLA breach prevention
• Rotational Shifts - Incl Night Shift

Required skills and qualifications:

• Three or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees
• Proficiency with warehouse procedures and process
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
• Ability to work effective feedback, both written and oral

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Any degree
• Associates degree in logistics and SCM
• Ability to communicate in more than one language
