Role & responsibilities

You are Responsible for

Communicate with LH POC for mid-mile connection and optimize the utilization of trucks.
Ensure mid mile connections of the picked consignments within TAT
Create shift-wise MP roster for on floor staff to ensure MP availability to ensure smooth functioning of pickups and deliveries.
Seller Intimation: Communicate with sellers to inform them of upcoming pickups and ensure that all necessary information is provided in a timely manner.
Develop and implement a detailed plan for pickups, including coordinating with sellers, LH SPOC, and drivers to ensure efficient and timely pickups. Efficient in route planning with geographical knowledge Ensure truck availability: Coordinate with LH SPOC and ensure truck availability as desired. Connect with LH spoc for mid-mile: Communicate with LH POC for mid-mile connection and optimize the utilization of trucks. Ensure smooth operations throughout Manage daily operations to ensure that all logistics activities are running smoothly and efficiently.
Develop and implement efficient routes for transportation, taking into account factors such as distance, cost, and time. Manage team roaster Timely Escalation and coordination with Central team on solutioning. Able to manage cross-functional teams and resolve issues. Accountable for publishing RCA Publish plan vs actual on a monthly basis and day-to-day basis. Driving team on system adherence and week on week reconciliation with timely closures Develop, mentor, and motivate the team in the region to achieve higher goals.

For mid mile connections 2 hours before b2c cutoff, vehicles are provided for b2b loading and hence coordinating & monitoring night shift operations is required here.
Coordination with airport team at odd hours. Ensure pickup & delivery of external clients within TAT. Urgency required
