𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚 : At Ekart our continuous endeavour is to provide high quality experience to the customers. The purpose of this job role is to lead a team of delivery executives and coordinating all shipment deliveries pickups are completed as per operational standards. The team leader will ensure that customers experience high quality delivery service.

𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙆𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙡𝙚𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 : Should be able to read and write in English.
Knowledge of local/vernacular language is necessary.
• Have complete knowledge of PIN codes and routes assigned to the Hub.
• Operational Knowledge of Logistics/ Couriers/Retail/FMCG/FMCD industry.
• Should know computing skills especially reasonable knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office application such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Outlook mail.

𝙍𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙨 & 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:

• Ensure Hub opening & closing is done
as per operational standards
• Planning as per available resources and allocating shipment
• Ensure all team members are trained and are aware of operations
• Prepare And Share Day End Reports Check and revert on mails.
• Collection of cash, accounting and reconciliation with ERP.
• Have complete knowledge of PIN codes and routes
