Roles and Responsibilities

PRA India Private Limited is hiring for Associated company of Barbrik Project limited, for his Raipur Railway Station Redevelopment Project, for Site Office Raipur

• Manage contract labor management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Obtaining / renewals Licenses / certificates under various Acts.
• Attend to legal matters / labor court cases, liaison with concern Government bodies
• Oversee canteen management, housekeeping management, attendance management, leave management, and site HR activities.
• Maintain a Muster Roll, Wage/Salary Register, Register of Deductions for damage or loss, Register of Fines and Registers of Advances, Register of Overtime etc.
• Co coordinating with payroll for attendance (Staff/workers, Muster Roll), Leaves, Tour/OD in
  System
• Guest House maintenance, Labor Camp, completely vehicle facilities administration, Maintenance of notice boards.
• Monthly daily routine works, checking and follow up on security &Housekeeping reports.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-9 years of experience in HR generalist role or similar position.
• B.Com degree from a recognized university (any specialization).
• Strong understanding of labor laws, contract labor management, canteen management, housekeeping management, attendance management, leave management, and site HR practices.
