As a Telecalling executive you will be responsible for outbound sales calls to potential customers with the aim to convert these leads into paying customers by promoting Assemblys products.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Making a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.
Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers.
Product Promotion: Explaining product features, benefits, pricing to customers, logistics and services to leads.
Sales Closing: Persuading customers to make a purchase.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers, only related to presales.
Data Entry: Recording customer information and call outcomes in a CRM system. Will also be responsible for all the data collection and reports for the entire channel.
Performance Tracking: Monitoring individual and team performance against sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good product knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
