Negotiation and execution of TAT with retail chains.
Managing category growth strategy and ensuring channel and category profitability.
Handling sales to Modern trade retail accounts.
Handling Trade Activation for MT Accounts for Merchandising Activities like new launches, Visibility, and Promotions conducted at the account level.
Manage a complex business with a few SKUs, in POS across the geography. He should also, be aware of potential setbacks to the plan and develop contingency to overcome them
Cross-functional working with marketing team, and Supply chain team.
Responsible for competition mapping, ensuring the identified opportunitys success, and escalating issues as needed.
Somebody whos from a fashion and accessories background and have experience in modern trade channel sales will be preferred.
