Job Description
- Opening/Handling the relationships with all top retail chains including business planning, accounts onboarding etc in bags and luggage category.
- Negotiation and execution of TAT with retail chains.
- Managing category growth strategy and ensuring channel and category profitability.
- Handling sales to Modern trade retail accounts.
- Handling Trade Activation for MT Accounts for Merchandising Activities like new launches, Visibility, and Promotions conducted at the account level.
- Manage a complex business with a few SKUs, in POS across the geography. He should also, be aware of potential setbacks to the plan and develop contingency to overcome them
- Cross-functional working with marketing team, and Supply chain team.
- Responsible for competition mapping, ensuring the identified opportunitys success, and escalating issues as needed.
- Somebody whos from a fashion and accessories background and have experience in modern trade channel sales will be preferred.
