Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, referrals, and cold calling.
Make Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest, qualify leads, and close sales.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to build trust and increase sales opportunities.
Present Products/Services: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
Handle Objections: Address and overcome objections to close sales and meet sales targets.
Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain Accurate Records: Accurately record and maintain customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant information in our CRM system.
Requirements:
1-2 years of telesales experience: Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
Results-Driven: A strong work ethic and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a positive attitude.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools
