Job Summary.

PUNO is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Tele-caller to join our team at Ajmer Road, Jaipur.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience handling inbound calls, with excellent communication skills, MS Excel proficiency, and experience in booking management.

This role will involve addressing customer queries, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities.

Answer inbound calls from customers and provide accurate and timely responses.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.

Manage customer bookings and update them accurately in the system.

Maintain customer records and update necessary information in CRM software and MS Excel.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication.

Use MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and tracking bookings.

Follow up on customer inquiries that have not been resolved.

Adhere to company guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Participate in training and team meetings to improve product knowledge and communication skills.

Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Key Requirements.

Minimum 1 year of experience in an inbound call-handling role.

Proficiency in MS Excel for managing data and reporting.

Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.

Basic computer knowledge to maintain records and navigate CRM systems.

Experience In Booking Management Is Preferred.

Age up to 28 years.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills.

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.

Familiarity with call center technologies and CRM software.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in booking management.
