Location: Base Location-Jaipur (Work Location PAN India)
We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Project Manager to oversee the civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) components of our projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both civil engineering and MEP systems. This role involves managing the design, execution, and integration of civil and MEP works, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
Civil and MEP Project Management:
Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, for civil and MEP works.
Coordinate the design and execution of civil and MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Review and approve civil and MEP designs, technical specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure efficient coordination between civil and MEP activities on-site, avoiding conflicts and delays.
Supervise project teams and subcontractors for both civil and MEP tasks, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
Conduct site inspections to monitor the quality of civil structures and MEP installations, ensuring compliance with design standards and regulatory codes.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment for civil and MEP works, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Implement testing and commissioning processes for MEP systems, ensuring they are operational as per design.
MEP Project Management:
Lead the design review and execution of MEP services, including HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Ensure that MEP installations meet the projects technical, safety, and functional requirements.
Manage MEP contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project schedules, quality, and cost control.
Oversee MEP systems commissioning and testing, ensuring that systems are fully operational before project handover.
Integrate energy-efficient MEP solutions and sustainable practices in line with project goals.
Budgeting & Cost Management:
Develop and manage project budgets for both civil and MEP works, ensuring cost-effective execution without compromising on quality.
Evaluate bids, negotiate with contractors, and manage contract changes.
Track project costs and ensure the completion of civil and MEP works within approved budgets.
Quality Assurance & Control:
Establish and enforce quality control measures for both civil and MEP installations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and design specifications through regular site audits.
Liaise with third-party inspectors to ensure MEP systems and civil works meet regulatory and project-specific requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors concerning both civil and MEP aspects of the project.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise between civil and MEP workstreams.
Health, Safety & Environmental Management:
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols during civil and MEP works.
Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to ensure the safety of all project personnel.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale civil and MEP projects.
Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) and civil infrastructure works.
Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
Knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and best practices for both civil and MEP works.
Previous experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating between civil and MEP contractors.
