Engineer IN Planning & Billing (Quantity Surveying)

Job Description

• Prepare detailed bills of quantities and cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs and budget adherence.
• Prepare and verify invoices and payment certificates.
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and project managers.
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities and work progress.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

Additional Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation and project management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Compensation will be no constraint for candidate with relevant education and experience
