Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate training, development, and succession planning.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and HR systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8-12 years of HR experience (renewable energy experience preferred).
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
