Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)

Experience :-

• 20 plus years of proven experience in managing pre-cast yard operations or similar manufacturing /facility/environments.
• Strong knowledge of pre-cast concrete production processes, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and other project management software
  

Job Summary:

The Pre-Cast Yard Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pre-cast yard, ensuring efficient and safe production, handling, storage, and delivery of pre-cast concrete products.

This role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.

The Pre-Cast Yard Manager will lead a team of workers and collaborate with various departments to meet production targets and maintain high standards.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT :-

• Should be willing to work abroad i.e. Guyana, South America.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:-

• The position is based primarily in the pre-cast yard, with regular interactions with the production and logistics teams.
• Occasional site visits and meetings with senior management or clients may be required.
  
  1. Production Oversight:
• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the pre-cast yard to ensure production goals are met.
• Supervise the manufacturing process of pre-cast concrete products, including molds, batching, curing, and finishing.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. 2. Team Management:
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of workers, including laborers, machine operators, and supervisors.
• Ensure the team is well-trained in safety protocols, machinery use, and production techniques.
• Develop and monitor staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and timely production.
  3. Costing:
• Should understanding costing of product being produced.
• Should be able to analyze reconciliation of material and take corrective actions as may be necessary. 4. Inventory and Material Management:
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, including cement, aggregates, reinforcement steel, and additives.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and avoid production delays.
• Implement systems for tracking materials and finished products.
  5. Quality Control:
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that pre-cast products meet design specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on the products, molds, and machinery.
• Address and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. 6. Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the yard.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and training sessions to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental standards. 7. Maintenance and Equipment Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of machinery, tools, and yard equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and in good working condition to avoid downtime.
• Schedule regular preventive maintenance and repairs as necessary. 8. Scheduling and Coordination:
• Develop production schedules and coordinate with project managers and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Track progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities and project requirements.
  9. Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, labor hours, and quality control inspections.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management on the status of production and any issues.
• Ensure proper documentation for all materials, products, and compliance-related activities
