Billing and QS Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate and timely bills for clients based on project scope, materials used, and labor costs.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and resolve discrepancies in billings.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Analyze financial data to optimize billing processes and improve profitability.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience as a Billing Quantity Surveyor or similar role in the Engineering & Construction industry.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and building codes.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed estimates, invoices, and reports using specialized software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
