Sr. Quantity Surveyor (JOB CODE : KSA-1101)

Desired Candidate Profile:

• BE Civil Degree, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in tendering and quantity surveying.
• Candidates having GCC region experience are preferred for familiarity with local market conditions.
• Experience within the construction industry, preferably in commercial or residential, infra projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques
• Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cost estimation processes for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of bids.
• Having knowledge of specifications, drawings, pricing etc.
• Managing the tender process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Evaluating and analyzing tender documents, identifying and highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Preparing accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment.
• Preparing and submitting tender documents, including bills of quantities and pricing schedules.
• At Post Tender stage attend post-bid negotiations meeting with client & ensure that all the agreement during the negotiations meeting are recorded and circulated to the concerned group internally.
• Preparing and presenting tender proposals to clients.
• Maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date database of tender documentation and pricing information.
• Working closely with the project team to develop tender strategies and win new business.
• Reviewing and assessing subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Analyze project performance against budgets and forecasts, providing strategic insights for cost control.
• Implement risk management strategies to minimize financial exposure and enhance project profitability.
