Quantity Surveyor

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects, including quantities of materials, labor, and costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Conduct cost analysis and manage the procurement of materials and services, ensuring cost control measures are in place.
• Monitor the progress of projects and make adjustments to estimates as necessary to reflect changes in scope or costs.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to project budgets, forecasts, and final accounts.
