Manufacturing Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Optimizing for quality, improving existing processes to enhance cost, quality, and throughput.
• Process simulations, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards & kaizen.
• In-depth knowledge of designing and implementing manufacturing processes specifically for modular wall systems like Easy Wall, including the understanding of materials, assembly techniques, and production technologies.
• Proficiency in using simulation tools and software to model manufacturing processes, predict performance, and identify potential issues before actual implementation
• Experience in applying Kaizen (continuous improvement) methodologies to drive ongoing improvements in manufacturing processes, encouraging a culture of innovation and incremental enhancements.
