Engineer - Hot forging production

Sansera Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Jr.Engineer Production (Process).

- Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, ensuring they are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production operations.
- Conduct process audits and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent and safe production practices.
- Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise to resolve manufacturing issues and challenges.
- Collaborate with equipment and maintenance teams to ensure production equipment is well-maintained and operating at peak performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and apply relevant knowledge to optimize production processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma in mechanical or automobile engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing production processes, preferably in the automotive or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of hot forging manufacturing processes,
- Experience with process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.

- Shearing,Shot blasting,Shot peening,Control cooling system process knowledge 

- Daily production updates,kaizen,QCC implement
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
