Position Summary:

Gintaa is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Supply Chain Officer CSCO to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations. The CSCO will be responsible for developing a resilient, cost-effective, and technology-driven supply chain that ensures timely and seamless food deliveries. This role requires a leader with expertise in supply chain management, operations, vendor relations, and logistics optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement scalable supply chain strategies to support Gintaas business growth and market expansion.
• Logistics and Last-Mile Delivery Optimization: Ensure efficient order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and route optimization using advanced logistics technologies.
• Vendor and Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, delivery vendors, and logistics service providers.
• Inventory and Demand Planning: Utilize data-driven insights to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Technology and Automation Integration: Leverage AI, machine learning, and automation tools to enhance supply chain operations and improve delivery performance.
• Operational Efficiency and Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce supply chain costs while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Sustainability and Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international supply chain regulations, ethical sourcing practices, and sustainability initiatives.
• Crisis Management and Risk Mitigation: Develop contingency plans and risk management frameworks to address supply chain disruptions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer experience, and technology teams to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
• Performance Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key supply chain KPIs, including delivery efficiency, cost savings, and vendor performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in supply chain management, logistics, or operations leadership, preferably in food-tech, e-commerce, or startups.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling supply chain operations and optimizing logistics networks.
• Technology and Data Analytics Expertise: Strong experience in leveraging AI, IoT, and predictive analytics for supply chain management.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Ability to negotiate contracts, build partnerships, and manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Leadership and Problem-Solving: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
• Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with supply chain laws, safety regulations, and sustainability best practices.
