Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Position Summary:

Gintaa is looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer CHRO to lead the companys HR function. The CHRO will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture, attract top talent, and ensure compliance with labor laws. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Gintaa’s business goals.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent while fostering employee retention.
  • Culture and Employee Engagement: Build a strong company culture that promotes inclusivity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Learning and Development: Implement training programs and career development initiatives to enhance employee growth and performance.
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage performance evaluation systems to drive accountability and efficiency.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and oversee competitive compensation structures, benefits, and incentive programs.
  • HR Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, ethical business practices, and HR best practices.
  • HR Technology and Automation: Leverage HR tech solutions to optimize processes and improve employee experience.
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion DEI: Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace that supports equal opportunities.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Establish effective communication channels and conflict resolution mechanisms.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+years of HR leadership experience, preferably in startups, food-tech, or e-commerce.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing HR strategies, talent management, and scaling workforce operations.
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Expertise in HR transformation, change management, and organizational development.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Experience in leveraging HR analytics to optimize workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Legal and Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • People-Centric Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead HR teams.
  • Technology and HR Systems: Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, payroll systems, and automation too
