Position Summary:

Gintaa is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations, drive revenue optimization, and manage risk assessment. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, fundraising, compliance, and investor relations while ensuring sustainable financial growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and capital allocation in a high-growth business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth, profitability, and sustainability.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Secure funding through venture capital, private equity, or debt financing and manage relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust internal controls.
• Design and implement financial models to improve revenue streams, cost efficiency, and overall profitability.
• Oversee cash flow planning, ensuring liquidity for operational needs and strategic investments.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance best practices.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of financial discipline and accountability.
• Provide financial insights and analytics to the executive team, guiding data-driven decision-making.
• Lead financial due diligence and integration for potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in startups, food-tech, or e-commerce sectors.
• Proven track record in securing venture capital, private equity, or institutional funding.
• Expertise in capital allocation, financial structuring, and growth-oriented financial strategies.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, tax laws, and financial risk assessment.
• Ability to leverage financial data and analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with financial systems, ERP solutions, and automation tools for financial operations.
