Job Summary:
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Pyramid Infratech Pvt Ltd, you will play a strategic role in
shaping the financial landscape of the organizaon. You will be responsible for overseeing all
financial aspects, driving financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance, and providing
leadership in financial decision-making. The CFO will collaborate with the execuive team to support the company's growth objectves and optmize financial performance.
Key Responsibilites:
Financial Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizatonal goals.
Provide financial insights and recommendaons to the execuve team for decision-making.
Financial Management & Funding:
Oversee financial operatons, including budgeng, forecasng, and financial reportng.
Monitor cash flow, financial transacons, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Should have exposure in dealing with short term and long-term finances including fund flow
management.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Identfy and mitgate financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulatons.
Establish and maintain strong internal controls and audit processes.
Investment Analysis:
Evaluate investment opportunites and provide strategic recommendatons.
Assess the financial viability of potental projects or acquisitons.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial objectves are aligned with overall business goals.
Stakeholder Relatons:
Build and maintain strong relatonships with investors, financial instutons, and other key
stakeholders.
Represent the company in financial maters externally.
Technology Integraton:
Explore and implement financial technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial
processes.
Qualificatons and Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant and related field MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role within the real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate finance, Accounng, Taxaon, investment analysis, and
market trends.
• Strong strategic thinking, analycal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicaon and interpersonal abilies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, fostering a collaborave and high-performance
culture.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
