Chief Financial Officer - FinTech - CA (10-15 yrs)

About the Organisation:

- Our client is a profitable start up with fast growing business in the social impact space.

- They are backed by marquee investors and as a part of their growth journey, they are looking to hire a CFO to set up and scale the finance practice

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Reporting onto the Founders, CFO is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company

- This includes financial planning, reporting, tracking cash flow, equity fund raising , investor relations etc.

- Analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses.

- The CFO will also play and instrumental part in the inorganic growth of the company.

Candidate Background:

- CA with minimum 10 years of experience and have experience with fintech or consumer tech companies

- Looking for candidates with strong and proven experience in equity fund raising

- Candidate should have experience in M&A activities

- The candidate should have experience in setting up and scaling up an organisation
