Job Description
Shift Timings: US shift (06.00 PM IST to 04.00 AM IST)
OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should be able to deal with Vendors in the US
- Prepare and draft Contracts for vendors and work with them to get them executed.
- Must be able to interpret the verbiage and clauses from the Contract and able to answer Vendors on their negotiation.
- Highlight areas of risk in the process and present it with several generic data & reports to streamline the quality output
- Participate in huddle sessions, share inputs related to error trends and process updates with the Team Leader.
- Follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards.
- Responsible for complying with all ISO Policies and procedures designed for the department.
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
- Graduates from any stream.
- High sense of Accountability and Ownership
- Must be self-motivated and have positive attitude.
- Ability to assess potential problems and make sound judgments around issues that may have an adverse effect on day-to-day activities.
- Should have a very high level of integrity and maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Good oral, written and verbal communication skills.
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook), Internet, Workflow System, EHIRS, Solomon,
