Job Description

Job Title: Audit and Compliance

Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Shift Timings: 6 pm to 4 am IST (Night shift)

Job and Responsibilities:

Implement Quality Monitoring Standards & follow-ups taking corrective measures towards improvement
Introduce new policies and procedures in area which are lacking in quality and keeping the track of the new compliances for the new process
Highlight areas of risk in the process and present it with several generic data & reports to streamline the quality output
Participate in huddle sessions, share inputs related to error trends and process updates with the Team Manager.
Iterative Performance Analysis depending on client & process requirements
Follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards.
Responsible for complying with all QMS Policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Post Graduates /Graduates from any stream.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

Previous Call Center Audit and Quality Management experience
Excellent English verbal communication skills
MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point), Internet
Average typing speed of 35-40 WPM
