Role Overview:

The Associate Account Manager is the brand ambassador of our organization responsible for helping Fortune 500 companies, Mid-Size enterprises and growing Startups across North America, Europe, APAC and Australia to Reskill and Upskill their existing workforce with the help of our effective products such as JUMP, REWIRE, Performance Consulting among others. Their objective is to directly engage the leadership of prospective clients and maintain relationships with our existing clients in order to make them ready for the technologies of tomorrow.

Work Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

Shift Timings : 9AM - 7PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Engagement.
  • Generate business opportunities through professional and dedicated prospecting, cold-calling, mailers and internet search like LinkedIn.
  • Communicating with Key decision makers at CXO, VP & Director level and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identifying new opportunities and create sales qualified leads and pipeline that drives sales to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Meet and exceed all monthly, quarterly, and annual sales qualified lead quota.
  • Should be proficient in handling objection, qualify and answer questions regarding the service offerings.
  • Log Lead generation/management activity and contacts in sales system or CRM.
  • Develop a database of prospective client companies in Specified locations and across various sectors.
  • Conduct marketing and presentations to a wide audience about the company s product portfolio.
  • Conduct client presentations, workshops and drive pricing and negotiations with clients.
  • Attend Industry events that are aimed at improving the marketability of the company s products and services.
  • Develop business intelligence on current, former and potential clients through online research and social medial interaction in order to maximize outreach strategy.
