Associate Talent Specialist

Ascendion is looking for Associate Talent Specialist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial candidate screenings, and coordinating interviews

• Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries
• Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating paperwork, conducting orientation, and helping them acclimate to the organization
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR databases
• Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment and onboarding practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws
• Job Descriptions: Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and role profiles to align with organizational needs and expectations
• Talent Pipelining: Help build and maintain a talent pipeline by sourcing candidates, attending job fairs, and conducting outreach to potential hires
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and data analysis on recruitment and onboarding metrics to HR teams and management
• HR Documentation: Assist in the preparation of HR documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbook
