Job Description
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and conduct initial assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Talent Acquisition Support: - Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and arrange logistics for interviews, assessments, and hiring events.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing candidate correspondence throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Pipeline Management: - Maintain candidate databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and talent pools to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidates.
Build relationships with potential candidates, passive job seekers, and alumni to nurture talent pipelines for future opportunities.
Onboarding and Orientation: - Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork and documentation.
Ensure a smooth transition for new employees by providing support and guidance during the onboarding period.
