Designation: Grievance Executive

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, acknowledge, and log customer complaints through multiple channels (email,

phone, website, branch, etc.).

• Investigate and analyze customer grievances related to loans, repayments, credit

bureau reporting, and other financial concerns.

• Provide timely and satisfactory resolutions in alignment with company policies and

regulatory guidelines.

• Ensure strict compliance with RBI guidelines on grievance redressal for NBFCs.
• Maintain accurate records of grievances, resolutions, and pending cases for audit and

reporting purposes.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle customer interactions

professionally.

• Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset to ensure

effective grievance resolution.

• Analytical and investigative abilities to assess complaints and determine appropriate

resolutions.
