Jewellery Merchandiser

Role & responsibilities :-

• Explain the logic of the ideal stock plan, Variety-wise and as per market, and provide detailed understanding and assistance with the design selection at vendor place visit for the selection.
• Review the current stock selection and analyse the designs, gap identification.
• Creating 2 new collections for the store launch or identifying the designs as one collection from the existing designs bank.
• Prepare the ideal norms and present the assortment plan as per the market and store size
• Creating sub categories, types and variety-wise divisions of all designs.
• Creating 2 new collections for the store launch or identifying the designs as one collections from the existing designs bank (12designs and 15designs in fast selling categories
• Finalized the retail pricing & propose the directors.

Preferred candidate profile :-

you will play a key role in creating an exceptional retail experience for our customers. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing merchandising strategies that reflect our brand, drive sales, and ensure optimal stock levels of high-end diamond products.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• merchandising or retail management, preferably in luxury goods or high-end retail, with experience in the diamond industry being a plus.
• Strong knowledge of diamond product characteristics, grading, and jewelry trends.
• Experience with inventory management systems and retail software.
• Proven ability to drive sales and optimize product placement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail, particularly in visual merchandising.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
