Role & responsibilities

Create modern work environment and inclusive work culture in the plant.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the greenfield project.

Ensure all the regulatory and statutory compliances required to setup the plant are met.

Oversee the recruitment process.

Foster a positive work environment and handle employee grievances and disputes.

Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Create and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Manage relationships with unions and handle negotiations.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience of working in a manufacturing setup is a must

Dormitory handling experience would be an added advantage
