Project Coordinator (Factory & Site)

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule: Create action plans for projects, including budgets, timeframes, and resource allocation
• Coordinate: Work with internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Communicate: Keep stakeholders updated on project progress and resolve issues
• Monitor: Track project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Manage paperwork: Ensure that all necessary paperwork is complete and up to date
• Analyze: Analyze project progress and adapt scope or timeline as needed
• Assign roles: Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their strengths
