Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Strategy:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company’s focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability.
• Continuously analyze and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost savings.

2. Supplier Management:

• Identify and engage with reliable suppliers for engineered wood, construction materials, and interior products.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure the best value for the company.
• Monitor supplier performance and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

3. Market Analysis:

• Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging opportunities in construction and interior materials.
• Provide insights to refine procurement strategies and ensure competitive sourcing.

4. Collaboration and Forecasting:

• Work closely with internal teams to forecast material requirements for bespoke timber homes, fenestration systems, and luxury interior projects.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the architecture, interiors, or construction industry.
• Proven track record of successful negotiations and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize procurement processes and leverage pricing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of sustainable and high-performance materials is a plus.
