Company Secretary

We are a growing Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) seeking a Company Secretary and/or Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and legal obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, etc.)
• 5-7 years of experience, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the NBFC sector
• Manage corporate secretarial functions (board meetings, resolutions, statutory records)
• Advise management on legal and compliance matters
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely filings

Qualifications:

• Qualified Company Secretary (ACS)
• 5-7 years of experience, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the NBFC sector
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and legal frameworks
• Strong organizational and communication skills
