DESIGNATION : Company Secretary

Location: Bandra
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: 6LPA to 10LPA

• Semi-qualified Company Secretary: ₹6,00,000 per annum
• Qualified Company Secretary: ₹10,00,000 per annum

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure statutory compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including the Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant corporate laws.
• Maintain and manage statutory registers, records, and filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other statutory authorities.
• Draft, review, and maintain board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of annual reports, balance sheets, and financial statements.
• Provide advice and guidance on legal matters and corporate governance issues.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and company management.
• Ensure timely filing of regulatory forms, returns, and documents.
• Support the leadership team in maintaining effective corporate governance practices.

Qualifications:

• For Semi-Qualified Company Secretary:
• Semi-qualified CS (Company Secretary) with relevant education in Company Secretaryship.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• For Qualified Company Secretary:
• A fully qualified Company Secretary (CS) with the ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) membership.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate governance or legal compliance role.
