Role Description:

- This is a full-time Performance Marketing Manager role located in Gurugram.

- The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies, setting KPIs, goals, and executing innovative campaigns.

- They will work closely with the team to transform businesses through technology, analytics, and creativity.

Qualifications:

- 5-6 years of experience with Google Ads, META Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

- Digital Marketing, Paid Media, and SEO skills.

- Experience in setting KPIs and executing innovative campaigns.

- Analytics, Data Analysis, and Reporting skills.

- Experience with Google, HubSpot, Leadsquared, or Microsoft Advertising.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

- Proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
