Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to achieve business goals, focusing on user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and other tracking tools to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage substantial digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective performance.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop impactful ad copies, visuals, and campaign concepts aligned with brand messaging.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, keyword research, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the digital marketing space to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns and achieving growth targets.
- Strong expertise in platforms like Google Ads (Display, SEM, YouTube), Facebook Ads (App Installs, Lead Generation), and email marketing.
- Proficiency in analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize significant digital budgets.
- Advanced understanding of marketing funnels, A/B testing, and customer journey mapping.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and results-driven execution
