Manager - Performance Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of performance marketing campaigns across key digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant ones.
- Leverage tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools to measure, optimize, and drive the performance of both paid and organic campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to enhance ad performance, boost conversions, and improve ROI.
- Manage conversion tracking across platforms using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and apply both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic growth, aligning with broader content strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance, traffic data, and SEO metrics to uncover trends, identify improvement areas, and provide actionable insights.
- Develop insightful Looker Studio reports and visualizations to provide stakeholders with a comprehensive understanding of ad and SEO performance.
- Handle basic webmaster tasks with proficiency in JavaScript and CSS, or display a keen interest in acquiring and applying these skills.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Content, and Design teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for new strategies and tactics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing and SEO, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale digital campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in managing monthly marketing budgets of at least 3 Lakhs INR.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical mindset, adept at interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns through refined bidding strategies, creative iterations, targeting techniques, and SEO improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally alongside design and content teams.
- Embrace flexibility in work hours to facilitate communication with extended teams and partners in US time zones.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, or similar platforms are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and CSS is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or Engineering is desirable.
- Previous experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
