We are seeking a results-driven IT Global Sales Manager with extensive experience in the US market for B2B sales within the IT domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with clients in the IT sector.



Role & responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets in the US market.
  • Identify and cultivate business relationships with key decision-makers in the IT industry to drive B2B sales opportunities.
  • Lead the sales team in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies that align with sales objectives and generate leads.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management to facilitate decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell IT solutions and services.


Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B sales within the IT industry, with a focus on the US market.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at various organizational levels.
  • Experience in managing sales teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
