Tele Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Female Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally well-versed in English, Hindi, and Bengali and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role is perfect for MBA freshers looking to kickstart their careers in a customer-focused environment. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer queries, and promote our products/services.

Role & responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
2. Communicate effectively with customers in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
3. Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer queries.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
5. Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and close deals.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
9. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Education: MBA (preferred) or any graduate with excellent communication skills.
2. Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken and written).
3. Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
