Senior Marketing Executive

Aptara is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, generating reports, updating our website, creating newsletters, coordinating events, maintaining our marketing library, and organizing conferences.

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.

Skills:

• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and creative skills, with demonstrable experience in creating high-quality content.
• Experience executing, running, and managing digital campaigns, SEM campaigns (Google Ads), and social media ad campaigns (especially LinkedIn Ads) for B2B
• Experience with using Google Analytics (or a similar analytics tool) to analyze campaign and website performance, with data-driven decisions to improve performance
• Knowledge and understanding of SEO, including keyword research, meta-data, link building, and best practices, with experience with SEO.
• Excellent organizational, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Expediting of digital media campaigns & activities.

Responsibilities:

• Executing the marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns. Successfully running marketing campaigns.
• Planning & running marketing activities as per campaign budgets for the promotion of the enterprise.
• Pinpoint & find the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance.
• Harmonizing with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Manage social media by posting content, monitoring followers, creating reports, and sourcing visual materials.
• Generate marketing and survey reports, set up webinars, and follow up on leads.
• Update website content, banners, and SEO keywords; analyze competitor keywords, check website pages, and update leads.
• Collect newsletter content, collaborate on creation, and distribute newsletters.
• Coordinate event logistics, create mailing lists, and generate post-event reports.
• Manage SharePoint users and content.
• Organize conference logistics, registrations, booth management, and share industry insights.
